Return Policy

IN-STORE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Verduyn Tarps store located in the country where the merchandise was purchased within 30 days of original purchase. At the discretion of our product specialists, Verduyn Tarps will repair it, replace it, or refund your money based on your method of payment.
Verduyn Tarps may require valid picture ID (Driver’s License or other photo I.D.) and/or phone number for any return. All returns are subject to approval. Picture ID information or phone number may be entered into our systems where authorized by law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bring the item(s) with a copy of your receipt for a refund to your original tender within our return policy guidelines. Items still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Repairs not covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment will be refunded via the method of payment used at the time of the original sale. If the payment method used at time of sale is not available, store credit will be issued for the refunded amount.
ONLINE PURCHASES
If you receive an item you’re dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days of receipt to any Verduyn Tarps store located in the country corresponding to the currency used for payment in the online store. Bring the item(s) with a copy of your receipt / shipping confirmation email for a refund to your original tender within our return policy guidelines.
Alternatively, you can notify us of your return via phone or email and ship your product to any Verduyn Tarps store located in the country corresponding to the currency used for payment in the online store.
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please report items that are damaged, defective or missing within 3 days of delivery.
CUSTOM + INSTALLED PRODUCTS
No returns will be accepted for any product that has been manufactured to custom specifications, cut, or modified per customer request.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
RESTOCKING FEE
All merchandise is subject to a 20%restocking fee.
