Every Eagle Tarp System headboard has a 6'6" high, 28" wide entry door with no bottom lip. A grab handle is also provided just inside the frame to assist with entry. The full-size door can reduce the chance of operator injury due to head, neck, back or trip injury.
The door is secured with reliable extra-large stainless steel truck door hinges and a reefer-style locking door handle that latches at the top and bottom of the frame.

The aerodynamic 6" radius corners on the headboard sides and roof are proven to reduce drag and increase fuel mileage.

The Eagle headboard comes standard with two chain racks and can be customized to perfectly accommodate your needs with many optional solutions for binders, dunnage, and more. Interior floodlights can also be added to the headboard to increase visibility and enhance safety.

The Eagle's framework consists of several structural carts, gliding effortlessly on wheels. The strength of those structural carts are what makes the Eagle rigid and reliable for its lifetime. Constructed with 2"x2" 6061-T6 reinforced aluminum tubing and cast aluminum corners, the strength of the Eagle is unsurpassed in the industry.
The intermediate lifter bows (attached to the structural carts) have the thickest wall in the industry and are wrapped in a PVC sheath to prevent wear on the tarp.
The incomparable strength of the Eagle is what allows effortless opens and closes from the day it leaves the factory until the last day of its use.

Engineered for smooth rolling, the Eagle System boasts a rigid 3/8" cast aluminum cart plate and durable Delrin® wheels with a large radius for reduced friction. Sealed stainless steel bearings keep debris out, while pre-packed low-temperature grease ensures flawless performance, no matter the environment.

The tarp of the Eagle features a skylight running the full length and width of the system, allowing light in through the top of the tarp. Providing enhanced visibility increases functionality and driver safety.

The Eagle rear tension ensures a snug fit, minimizing the risk of flapping or billowing which can lead to wear and tear. More importantly, it guarantees that your cargo remains securely protected against external elements, reducing potential damage.

The rear ground control post on the Eagle is engineered to provide an even pull from the center of the system, resulting in maximum tarp tightness. When the tarp is tensioned evenly and tightly, it reduces wind whip, which increases fuel efficiency, and prolongs the life of the system.
For driver safety, the rear closure can be easily operated from the ground using a standard 3" ratchet. The closure uses no tools which can be lost or require replacement.
This optimal closure solution opens and closes in seconds, allowing you to tarp and un-tarp your load efficiently.

No cut corners here. The Eagle's rear flap roll-up hardware is constructed with stainless steel pulleys and d-rings, as well as top-quality rope, and Velcro brand sidebar fasteners. It is extremely fast and easy to open and close, and its simple design enables users to replace any parts if necessary.
A locking bar, and the fold-over sidebars, keep the flap tight and secure, even with wind pressure trying to push the flap outward.
For those who need full clearance when the door is open, an optional crank handle is available, which allows the rolled-up flap to be cranked up on top of the system for maximum height.

Eagle Retractable Tarp Systems (“Eagle Tarps”) warrants the Eagle Retractable Tarp System (“Eagle”) against manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship from the date of pickup on the following components under standard use:
5 years
- Parts and labor on the Eagle's track.
2 years
- Parts and labor on the Eagle’s aluminum framework on all carts and bows.
- Parts and labor on the Eagle’s headboard.
- Parts and labor on the Eagle’s front and rear closing mechanisms.
- Parts and labor on all Eagle wheels and bearings.
1 year
- Parts and labor on the Eagle’s tarp material excluding stenciling.
Terms and Conditions
If Eagle Tarps finds that the Eagle contains any such defect in the aforementioned components, within their warranted time frame, the Eagle system must be brought to an authorized Eagle Tarps facility to receive warranty service.
Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and Eagle Tarps’s sole obligation is for Eagle Tarps to supply all labour necessary to repair any aforementioned Eagle component found to be defective within the warranty period and to supply, at no extra charge, new or rebuilt replacements for parts found to be defective during the warranty period. Eagle Tarps shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect and incidental damages, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Eagle or for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition on the Eagle. Under no circumstances shall Eagle Tarps be liable for an amount greater than the actual purchase price of the defective components.
The warranty does not include any wearable items – Velcro, UHMW Track Strip, Track Rubber Seal, Rear Door Rope and Headboard D-Foam
This warranty does not cover fading, peeling, or discolouration of the tarp or graphics caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals. Eagle Tarps shall have no liability or obligation to the purchaser with respect to any Eagle system requiring service during the warranty period, in which Eagle has been, in Eagle Tarps’s sole discretion, subjected to any of the following: abuse; improper use; negligence; trailer defects; accident; failure of any end-user to follow the operating procedures outlined in the Eagle user’s manual; failure of the end-user to follow the maintenance procedures in the Eagle’s user’s manual; attempted modification or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Eagle Tarps representative.
