Overview
Built for low-profile loads with a bit more height to cover, this 2-piece steel set handles plate, pipe, tube, and coils that can run the full length of a trailer, up to 53′. Both tarps are 18′ x 27′ with a flap and a 5′ drop, so you cover the whole load with two tarps and never have to sort out which one goes where. That makes setup quicker, especially when you're working alone. The tarps can also be purchased individually.
Each tarp is waterproof and resistant to rot, UV, and oil. It's made from heavy-duty black vinyl-coated PVC, 20 mil thick at 18 oz per square yard, with a cold crack rating of -40°C that holds up through a Canadian winter.
The build is made to last load after load. The hems are reinforced with rope and webbing, we set #4 brass grommets approximately every 24″, and the seams are heat-welded. Each tarp has two rows of box-stitched 2″ stainless steel D-rings with wear flaps, plus a grommet row down every side to give you plenty of solid, secure tie-down points.
