A Celebration of Trailers Across Canada
Verduyn Tarps is proud to celebrate 40 years in business with the launch of the Eagle Tarp All-Star Showdown — a bracket-style competition inspired by March Madness that highlights some of the most memorable trailers from our archives.
This competition brings together the trucking community across Canada to vote, engage, and celebrate the equipment and fleets that keep the industry moving.
Featuring Trailers from Hamilton and Woodstock
The Showdown includes 64 trailers in total, with 32 trailers representing our Canadian locations in Hamilton and Woodstock.
These trailers were selected through an internal nomination process by the Verduyn Tarps team, recognizing standout Eagle Tarp Systems based on performance, longevity, and overall impact. Each represents quality installations and real-world reliability in demanding Canadian conditions.
How the Showdown Works
The competition is structured to keep excitement high from start to finish:
- Bracket-style matchups inspired by March Madness
- Weekly voting rounds
- New matchups released every Friday at 12:01 AM
- Voting closes Thursdays at 11:59 PM
- One vote per person, per week
- Final champion announced May 1
Each week, winners move forward — bringing us closer to crowning the ultimate trailer.

$4,700 in Prizes — Plus Rewards for Voters
The top 4 trailers will take home a share of $4,700 in Verduyn Tarps store credit:
- 1st Place: $2,500
- 2nd Place: $1,000
- 3rd & 4th Place: $400 each
In addition, every vote counts as an entry to win $400 store credit, giving participants even more reason to stay engaged each week.
