Truck World 2026 Recap: Built on Connection, Driven by Purpose

The Verduyn Tarps Team At Their Booth At Truck World

Every two years, Truck World marks one of the most important dates on our calendar. Truck World 2026 in Mississauga, Ontario isn’t just another event for Verduyn Tarps—it’s the most important tradeshow we attend when it comes to staying connected with Canada’s trucking industry and the people who keep it moving. It’s where conversations turn into solutions, and where relationships—new and longstanding—are strengthened face to face.

You could find us this year in Hall 5, alongside many respected names in the industry. In a space full of innovation and experience, we focused on creating a booth that reflected who we are and what we stand for after more than 40 years in business. Every interaction, every product on display, and every conversation was grounded in our core values: Quality, Honesty, and Service.

Truck World continues to reinforce why it’s such a critical event for our team. Over the course of the show, we made more than one hundred meaningful connections and had countless conversations with drivers, owner-operators, and fleet teams from across the country. In addition, reconnecting in person with our industry partners and dealer network was a real highlight—after countless phone calls and online conversations, there’s nothing quite like shaking hands and catching up face to face.

One of the most rewarding parts of the show was hearing directly from our customers. Many stopped by to share how their Eagle Tarp Systems have become one of the best investments they have made in their careers. Repeatedly, we heard how our systems continue to perform reliably under real-world conditions—standing up to the daily demands of Canadian roads and weather. We also had the opportunity to introduce new drivers and members of the trucking community to our Eagle Tarp System, showcasing why it continues to stand out as the most reliable and effective retractable tarping system available today.

We also saw strong momentum around our newest innovation: the Eagle’s Nest safety barrier. Developed in response to growing concerns around trailer falls—especially as safety expectations evolve within industries like steel—this solution represents our ongoing commitment to safer work environments. From design through to engineering, safety was the driving force behind every decision. The level of engagement and interest from attendees reinforced just how important this issue is, and how critical it is to get it right.

Above all, Truck World is about the people. We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by, walked the deck of our show trailer, asked thoughtful questions, and shared their experiences. These conversations help us better understand the realities you face—and ensure we continue building solutions that meet them head-on.

We’ll see you down the road.
